Are you the type of girl who wears a hair tie around her wrist all day everyday? Do you often find yourself rummaging through your purse for that one black elastic you desperately need to get your hair out of the way? Or worse, it either snaps after your first loop or gets your strands all tangled up when you pull it out?

Well, problem solved! Our hair ties are made of soft, stretchy, and thick trims of fabric suited for any hair type. Unlike the typical rubber bands, these are washable and reusable. These fit snugly, yet are gentle enough not to cause hair breakage or painful tugging of the scalp. You won’t find these digging into your wrist and leaving those angry red marks, when you feel like giving your hair a break. Not to worry too if you prefer keeping them in your purse because the colours will easily pop out!

How to Use:

Twist and tie your hair or wear it as an arm candy

• Material: fold-over-elastic
• Size: length - approximately 2.5-3" ponytailer with a 0.5" tail; width - 15-18 mm
• This is suitable for all ages.

Our hair ties are sold in sets of 2, 3, 4, and 5. The item/s will be placed on a white/kraft card (depending on your preference). You can mix and match different colours/prints from the 9 Hair Tie collections. For example, include a Carrot Chevron and White Ruffle hair tie in one set.

You have two options when ordering:

a. Purchase assorted sets for fuss-free gifting, party giveaways, or bulk-orders. If you opt for this, we will include random colours/prints per set. Please proceed to the "requests" section at the bottom of the order form and provide the following details:

- age of recipients (to guide us in choosing the colours/prints)

- number of hair ties per set

- total number of sets

b. Choose specific colours/prints per set. Please indicate the colour/print and from which collection in the order form.

For personalised orders, please provide all the necessary details such as names, message/s, etc in the order form. Additional charges will apply for customisation. The draft of the card will be sent to you for approval. We will allow up to a maximum of 2 layout revisions.

Your order will be processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are dispatched around 3-10 working days after payment confirmation. Processing time is longer (around 11-15 working days) for customised orders and those placed during peak season (e.g. Teacher's Day, Children's Day, Christmas). If you need the items urgently, please indicate it in the "requests" section of the order form. We will do our best to expedite your order.

Our products are currently available in Singapore and the Philippines.

Orders within Singapore are shipped via Ninja Van courier (flat rate of $5.00 per mailer bag). Shipping takes around 2-5 working days. Other options include Grab, Lalamove, or self-collection.

Orders within Metro Manila and selected areas in the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines are shipped via AP Cargo courier (flat rate of ₱110.00 per mailer bag). Shipping takes around 2-5 days working days. For other provincial areas, these are shipped via LBC. Shipping fee and delivery period depends on your specific location. We also allow same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove.

The customers are responsible for booking and payment of Grab or Lalamove deliveries.

Change of Mind

Please ensure that you ordered the correct items before proceeding to the payment section. We will not offer refunds/exchanges if you change your mind or accidentally ordered the incorrect item.

Defects and Other Issues

Upon completion of your order, kindly await our email/message for photos of the final items and details for dispatch. Please inspect all the items that you received and inform us immediately if there are any issues (e.g. defects, wrong item/s). You can email us at littletreepalette@gmail.com or message us directly via our Instagram/Facebook accounts. We will then guide you through the process on how to get the correct item/s.

Refund Policy

We will only offer partial refunds for defective or incorrect item/s.

If you do not wish to receive the correct item/s anymore, kindly inform us and we will process your refund accordingly.
