All our products are handmade. These are sold in different sets. You can mix and match your preferred colours/prints per set. If you want something fuss-free, go for the assorted option instead. These are perfect for gifts, party giveaways, or bulk orders. Just let us know the quantity and we'll mix and match for you. Can't decide which product to pick? You can also combine different products in one set.
Do you also customise?

How do I care for your products?
Our products are made of fold-over-elastic, which is washable and reusable.
Please follow the steps below for our hair ties, headbands, and mask lanyards (remove the metal clasps first).
- Hand wash with like colours
- Use cold water (not exceeding 30°C) and mild soap/detergent
- Soak for a few minutes
- Rinse well and lay flat to dry
Note: Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry
You may also do the same for the ribbon of our paperclip bookmarks. Please note that the paperclip cannot be soaked in water. For the book bands, you may carefully wash the band while avoiding the wooden buttons to get wet.
How to order?
Please go to "Order Form" in the menu section and select the product that you want to purchase. Each product has a corresponding form. Fill out the necessary details and submit the form. We will contact you within 1-3 days to confirm the availability of your chosen items before the order is processed. Once your order has been confirmed, payment details will be sent to you.

What are the payment options available?

We do not accept cash on delivery.
Kindly send us proof of payment via WhatsApp/Viber (+65 9014 0301), email (littletreepalatte@gmail.com), or Instagram DM (@littletreepalette / @littletreepalettesg).
Your order will be processed after payment confirmation.
How long is your lead time?
Orders are dispatched around 3-10 working days after payment confirmation. Processing time is longer (around 11-15 working days) for customised orders and those placed during peak season (e.g. Teacher's Day, Children's Day, Christmas). If you need the items urgently, please indicate it in the "requests" section of the order form. We will do our best to expedite your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our products are currently available in the Philippines and Singapore. We can ship anywhere within these countries. If you are located elsewhere, please send us a message and we’ll work something out.
Can you give more details on shipping and delivery period?
Orders within Singapore are shipped via Ninja Van courier (flat rate of $5.00 per mailer bag). Shipping takes around 2-5 working days. Other options include Grab, Lalamove, or self-collection.
Orders within Metro Manila and selected areas in the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines are shipped via AP Cargo courier (flat rate of ₱100.00 per mailer bag). Shipping takes around 2-5 days working days. For other provincial areas, these are shipped via LBC. Shipping fee and delivery period depends on your specific location. We also allow same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove.
The customers are responsible for booking and payment of Grab or Lalamove deliveries.
Note: Shipping fee may be higher for gift boxes (depending on the quantity of your order).
What is your refund policy?
Change of Mind
Please ensure that you ordered the correct items before proceeding to the payment section. We will not offer refunds/exchanges if you change your mind or accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Defects and Other Issues
Upon completion of your order, kindly await our email/message for photos of the final items and details for dispatch. Please inspect all the items that you received and inform us immediately if there are any issues (e.g. defects, wrong item/s). You can email us at littletreepalette@gmail.com or message us directly via our Instagram/Facebook accounts. We will then guide you through the process on how to get the correct item/s.
Refund Policy
We will only offer partial refunds for defective or incorrect item/s.
If you do not wish to receive the correct item/s anymore, kindly inform us and we will process your refund accordingly.
